This is a picture for my good friend =RenouncedChild! 
She is going to have her baby really soon and wanted a picture to remind her of the time of her pregnancy.
She actually wanted me to use a completely different photo as a basis, but it didn't work out as I planned it and I was absolutely not satisfied with everything I came up with, so I chose to use a totally different picture and start over again - and it worked!
