I'm alive! Yep, really, but my preparations for my exams are killing me.
Anyways: this is my part of an art trade with the wonderful (and patient

) *glazzdoll, formerly known as =Adeline-MB. She wanted me to make a picture for her new website design that will show her, holding fire in her hands. Maria makes amazing lampwork jewellry (I will receive some for making the picture!!!

), forming glass into beads by using fire.

This is a collection of some shots I took during the process of making it. It’s not the final piece, I’ve changed it again, following Maria’s wishes, so if you’d like to see the finished piece, you will have to visit her site!

I really love hoe the face turned out – I think she looks like the girl from “The Geisha”, so perfect!
